RE.Envision Consulting was founded on a simple but powerful belief: that low-income communities hold deep wisdom, strength, and possibility. We believe communities should reclaim their power, elevate their voices, and lead the imagining of futures where young people and families thrive.
This belief calls us to build systems—both organizational and human—that center dignity and humanity, assume abundance rather than scarcity, and continually question the status quo. We are guided by the understanding that lasting change requires not only new strategies, but new ways of relating to one another. We show up with care, compassion, and humility, recognizing that listening is as essential as leading.
And we commit ourselves to practicing—and demanding—new ways of thinking, doing, and being, in service of a more just and flourishing world.

About Ankita
I am a mother, wife, aunt, and sister; a peer, friend, leader, and lifelong learner. I am an aspiring writer, a yoga enthusiast, and a reluctant runner. I am also a constant work in progress—someone who moves through the world guided by curiosity and shaped by the questions I continue to ask. I am inspired by the complexity, resilience, and care people carry as they navigate their lives and communities.
At the heart of my work are essential questions of equity, impact, and purpose. My two daughters are my greatest love and most meaningful teachers. They remind me, every day, why it matters to fight for what is right and to build a world where dignity, belonging, and opportunity are not the exception, but the norm.
Born and raised in India as the younger daughter of immigrant parents, I learned early how to move across boundaries—of age, gender, language, race, socioeconomic status, and culture. These experiences shaped my understanding of systems, power, and belonging. Across all my identities, I hold equity, inclusion, and justice at the center, alongside joy, wellness, and rest. As someone whose identities are often overlooked, I know firsthand how deeply belonging matters.
RE.Envision Consulting is the expression of this journey. It is a commitment to creating spaces where complexity is honored, humanity is centered, and communities—especially those who have been underserved and overlooked—are supported to lead, imagine, and thrive. My passion for advancing change that enables young people to live meaningful lives threads through everything I do, personally and professionally.
